PhilaPort, located near Philadelphia International Airport in Tinicum Township, is still a construction zone. Travelers have expressed their worries as the facility is not ready for operational use. A travel agent, Walter Biscardi, reported that he booked approximately 200 passengers for the inaugural voyage. He mentioned concerns about where the passengers would embark and how the infrastructure would handle the expected crowd.

Many travelers, including Robert McNutt from Towamencin, Pennsylvania, are eager to experience the new cruise terminal. McNutt is particularly looking forward to a cruise hosted by popular YouTuber La Lido Loca. He visited the terminal location with his wife, only to find minimal signage and ongoing construction.
