JetBlue Cuts 11 Routes, Ends Manchester Service — Jetblue Routes Cut Manchester
JetBlue routes cut manchester is now a real change for travelers using Manchester-Boston Regional Airport: the airline is ending service there and trimming 11 routes this summer. The Manchester flight loss follows a broader network pullback that reaches Hartford, Providence and Newark Liberty International Airport.
JetBlue said it is redeploying aircraft to support growth at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and to better align flying with customer demand. The airline said affected customers can be rebooked on alternate JetBlue flights or receive a full refund.
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
JetBlue started flying to Manchester about 18 months ago, then said its Orlando service from the airport will end on July 8. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport said it was very disappointed in JetBlue's decision and said the airline cited a need to backfill Fort Lauderdale capacity quickly and described the situation as a capacity crisis.
The move leaves Manchester without JetBlue service altogether, while Providence keeps a different status from the other cuts: Cirium data shows JetBlue is scheduled to resume that service in December, which points to a seasonal suspension rather than a permanent exit on that route.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
JetBlue said the changes are intended to strengthen its focus city strategy in South Florida. Cirium data shows JetBlue has nearly 30,000 more flights scheduled in Fort Lauderdale this year than in 2025, and the airline stopped flying to Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers in early May before shifting aircraft back into that market.
For travelers booked on the cancelled routes, the practical step is straightforward: JetBlue said they can be rebooked on another JetBlue flight or take a full refund. For Manchester passengers, the airport exit means the airline is no longer offering a local JetBlue option at all.
