Ford Revamps Operations at New Dearborn World Headquarters
Ford Motor Company recently unveiled its new world headquarters, known as “the Hub,” in Dearborn, Michigan. This state-of-the-art facility aims to enhance collaboration and innovation within the company as it navigates the evolving global automotive landscape.

Construction on the Hub will continue until 2027, with a total area of 2.1 million square feet. It will replace the older Glass House facility, thereby consolidating operations and enabling nearly 4,000 employees to work in a more collaborative environment.

Dining facilities offer varied cuisines, with options for Halal, vegetarian, and gluten-free meals. Ford’s executive chef, Grant Vella, aims to reflect the company’s global presence through menu diversity.
