The Suffolk County District Attorney, Raymond Tierney, announced the allegations against Jamison-Lewis. Surveillance footage reportedly shows her taking two envelopes that contained a gift card for T.J. Maxx and three New York State Lottery scratch-off tickets. After selecting the contents, she returned the empty greeting cards to the outgoing mail.

Arrest and Evidence

On November 24, Jamison-Lewis was arrested after investigators found her using the stolen T.J. Maxx gift card at a store in Port Jefferson. During her arrest, authorities discovered two pieces of stolen mail hidden in her pants and four additional items in her pocketbook.
