TRICARE Seeks Service Members and Families for Usability Study

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is launching a usability study for TRICARE, seeking participants from service members and their families. This initiative aims to enhance the user experience on the TRICARE website, tricare.mil.

Overview of the Usability Study

The second phase of the usability study will run from December 29, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Participants will provide feedback on how effectively TRICARE conveys benefit information. The first phase began in September 2025.
