Construction is progressing on a significant industrial warehouse complex in Flemington, New Jersey. The development, known as Flemington Junction Business Center III, covers a total area of 70,637 square feet.

This two-building complex is situated at 21 Minneakoning Road and is anticipated to reach completion by July 2026.

The new facility will feature:

- Ceiling heights of 31 feet
- Loading docks
- Drive-in doors
Broader Development Plans
The Flemington Junction Business Center III enhances the existing properties already developed by Larken Associates. Upon completion, the total area of the three facilities will be 270,000 square feet.
This combined space represents a quarter of Larken Associates’ industrial development over the past five years.
