Xpeng, the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has reported a 2% increase in December deliveries. The company delivered 37,508 vehicles that month, which is a year-on-year rise of 2.22% and a 2.12% increase compared to November. However, Xpeng’s overall quarterly deliveries for Q4 2025 fell short of expectations.

Xpeng’s Q4 Deliveries Miss Forecast

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Xpeng delivered a total of 116,249 vehicles. This figure is below the company’s guidance range of 125,000 to 132,000 units. While Q4 deliveries represent a 27.04% increase compared to the same quarter last year, they remained flat when compared to Q3, which had 116,007 deliveries.

2025 Annual Performance

For the full year 2025, Xpeng achieved a remarkable total of 429,445 vehicle deliveries. This marks a significant 125.94% increase from the previous year. Additionally, Xpeng reported a rise in overseas sales, with 45,008 vehicles delivered internationally, representing a 96% growth.

Future Plans and Product Launches

Xpeng is focusing on expanding its product range with new extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs) for future growth. Recently, the company launched the EREV version of its X9 multi-purpose vehicle. Xpeng has also previewed a facelifted version of the P7+ sedan and plans for an extended-range G7 SUV.

By the end of 2025, Xpeng’s cumulative delivery figures reached 1,019,824 units across 60 countries and regions. With these expansions, the company aims to bolster its sales in 2026, driven by the introduction of innovative EREV models.
