Winter Storm Cancels Hundreds of Flights at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport
A significant winter storm has led to extensive flight cancellations at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport over the weekend. As of 5 p.m. on Sunday, 346 arriving flights have been canceled, while 381 departing flights were also scrapped. Overall, the storm has resulted in more than 660 flight cancellations at the airport.
Impact of the Winter Storm
Heavy snowfall began overnight on Saturday and continued into Sunday, with winds gusting between 30 and 50 mph. These conditions have created challenging travel situations throughout Minnesota. In response to the severe weather, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has issued a no travel advisory for southern parts of the state.

Despite the disruptions, the airport is still operating some flights. Currently, 69 flights are scheduled to depart on time. Similarly, 105 flights are anticipated to arrive as planned.
