Air Routes Canceled Amid Rising Fuel Prices

Airline Responses to Fuel Price Surge
In light of these rising costs, airlines are implementing capacity reductions. Delta Air Lines CEO, Ed Bastian, stated that the airline plans to reduce capacity in the upcoming quarter. Other major airlines, including Air Canada, Air New Zealand, and Lufthansa, have similarly begun slowing growth or cutting routes.
