A popular burger and cheesesteak restaurant chain, Gouldsburger’s, will significantly expand its footprint in South Jersey. The chain plans to open three new locations in 2026. These will be situated in Sicklerville, Marlton, and Glassboro, increasing their total number of restaurants to nine.

New Locations and Details

The upcoming locations will feature a combination of corporate and franchisee-operated restaurants. Specifics of the new sites include:

  • Sicklerville: 681 Cross Keys Road, Cross Keys Center, approximately 1,400 square feet of retail space.
  • Marlton: 27 N. Maple Ave., Allison Shopping Center, around 1,600 square feet in the former Bombay Express restaurant.
  • Glassboro: 111 High St., near Rowan University, occupying about 950 square feet.

Business Representation

Vantage Commercial was instrumental in securing these new locations. The team consisted of Emily Stein, managing director; Ken Richardson, vice president; Vince Ceroli, senior broker; and Neil Kakumanu, sales associate. They represented both the landlord and tenant throughout most transactions.
