On a recent Tuesday, Salesforce introduced a new version of Slackbot that is now accessible to Business+ and Enterprise+ users. This AI-powered agent is designed to streamline workplace operations by performing tasks such as:
- Finding information
- Drafting emails
- Scheduling meetings
Moreover, Slackbot can interact with other enterprise tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Drive, provided it has the necessary permissions. This cross-platform capability enhances productivity without requiring users to switch applications.
