She stated, “By exercising these options, we’re continuing to invest in a fleet that improves our cost structure, supports our sustainability goals, and gives us powerful flexibility to serve our customers well into the next decade.”

Fleet Expansion and Statistics

This aircraft line not only significantly reduces operational costs but also enhances onboard customer experience.

Premium Features

The A321neo features the highest number of Delta First and Delta Comfort seats among Delta’s narrowbody fleet. This design meets the rising premium demand in both domestic and short-haul international markets. Modern Cabin and Engine Performance

The modern cabin of the A321neo incorporates numerous customer-centric features, including:

  • Seatback entertainment systems
  • Power outlets at every seat
  • Larger overhead bins
  • Upgraded seating for enhanced comfort

All newly ordered A321neo aircraft will be equipped with Pratt & Whitney GTF™ engines. These engines are known for their fuel efficiency and noise reduction, further supporting Delta’s commitment to sustainability. Delta TechOps, the airline’s in-house maintenance division, is responsible for maintaining these engines, showcasing a partnership with Pratt & Whitney that stretches over 90 years.

Delta’s Strategic Outlook
